The District Beaver Sleepover took place at the end of September with four colonies from the District coming along to join in the FUN.

The DC’s Challenge was judge during the Sleepover. This year’s challenge was to make an “Aquarium”. John ,the County Commissioner, judged the competition and the winning colony for the second year running was Culmstock Beavers, with Bampton as the runner up.

The DC’s Challenge for 2014 is make a model out of recycling materials. Size no more than 2ft x 2ft. Possible ideas copuld be a model of a rocket, car, house, or anything else you can think of.
